Central Mississippi Alumni Chapter Endowed Scholarship
The Central MS Chapter of the Southern Miss Alumni Association represents Hinds, Rankin, Madison, Simpson, Claiborne, Warren and Yazoo counties. Each year, this chapter selects outstanding students from these eight counties and awards one-time scholarships. Gulf Coast Metro Alumni Chapter Endowed Scholarship
The Gulf Coast Metro Chapter of the Southern Miss Alumni Association represents Harrison, Hancock and Stone counties. This chapter is currently awarding scholarships to high school seniors or incoming students on both the Hattiesburg and Gulf Coast campuses who have outstanding performances in and out of the classroom. Eligibility requirements include academic performance as well as community service and extracurricular activities. Laurel Metro Alumni Chapter Endowed Scholarship
The Laurel Metro Chapter of the Southern Miss Alumni Association represents Jones, Jasper and Smith counties. The chapter is currently awarding scholarships to high school seniors that have graduated high school with a grade point average not less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and have participated in and demonstrated leadership ability in various extracurricular activities in both school and the community. Preference shall be given to an incoming freshman and to children of Southern Miss alumni. The Southwest Central MS Chapter of the Southern Miss Alumni Association is comprised of Lincoln, Lawrence, Amite, Pike, and Walthall counties. High school seniors that plan to attend Southern Miss in the fall are eligible to apply for an annual scholarship awarded by the chapter.
