Jennifer Payne '04, Associate Director for External Affairs
Jennifer's primary responsibilities include membership recruitment, tracking and evaluation, as well as managing the Association's development efforts. She also oversees the Association's field operations, programming initiatives and manages affinity partner relationships and other revenue generating programs.

Dane Reiter '06, '07, '10, Associate Director for Internal Operations
Dane's responsibilities include oversight of the accounting, database management, human resources and office management functions of the Association. He also manages a staff professional in the area of database and information systems and three support positions.

Jenny Boudreaux '08, Assistant Director for Communications
Jenny oversees the production of The Talon quarterly magazine, administers the Alumni Association website and coordinates promotion of Alumni Association activities.

Dawn Smith '95, '12, Manager of Programs
Dawn is the primary event planner and manager for the Association. She plans and coordinates most of the Association's external functions including the football and basketball hospitality events, Homecoming festivities, Graduation / Commencement receptions, and reunions.

Laurie Benvenutti '10, '11, Manager of Constituent Relations
Laurie serves a dual role for the Association as the primary field representative and as adviser for The Legacy (Student Alumni Association). She maintains relationships with the individual chapter presidents, alumni ambassadors and constituent society officers and coordinates the calendar of external events of the Association. As The Legacy's adviser, she oversees programming and manages The Legacy's budget.

Ray Guy, Director of the M-Club and Community Relations
Ray
manages and directs the daily operations of the M-Club Alumni
Association including its membership recruitment initiatives. In
addition to his work with the University's former letter winners, he
represents the University at various events through the community.

Melissa coordinates and manages alumni membership fulfillment and oversees the maintenance of the Alumni Association database.

Rene' Trigg, Administrative Assistant
Rene' serves as the personal assistant to the Executive Director. She also maintains the financial records of the Association, manages the out-of-state tuition scholarship program and coordinates special projects and volunteer meetings such as the Board of Directors and Past Presidents Council meetings.

Sharon Anderson, Data Entry Specialist
Sharon works closely with the Coordinator of Information Services to accomplish her tasks. Her primary focus is the proper maintenance of the Alumni Association database, issuing reports compiled from the database, contributing to membership benefit fulfillment, and assisting with special projects.

Shelly Jackson, Receptionist
Among other roles, Shelly serves as the receptionist for the Association and assistant to the associate directors. In addition, she assists with membership receipts, alumni correspondence and database updates.
